Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MeetSignal ("MeetSignal", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MeetSignal browser extension and web dashboard (together, the "Service").
1. What we collect
- Account data. Email, hashed password (via Supabase Auth), plan tier, and a per-account bearer token used by the extension.
- Meeting metadata. Platform (Zoom / Meet / Teams), meeting title, start and end timestamps, and attendees you choose to associate with the note.
- Audio. When you click Start, MeetSignal captures the audio of the active meeting tab and streams it to the configured transcription provider. Raw audio is not retained on MeetSignal servers by default.
- Transcripts + summaries. Stored in your workspace and auto-deleted after your retention window (default 90 days, configurable per workspace).
- CRM tokens. Encrypted OAuth tokens you grant to MeetSignal so it can write to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, or Notion. We never see your CRM password.
- Voice profile (Pro only). A short audio sample you opt-in to provide, used to draft follow-up email copy in your tone. You can delete the sample any time.
2. How we use it
- Provide the Service.
- Push structured notes into your CRM at your direction.
- Operate billing through Square.
- Improve summarization quality - aggregated, never per-user.
3. Recording consent
Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Some require one-party consent, others require all parties. You are responsible for confirming you have the consent you need before pressing Start. MeetSignal surfaces a consent reminder before your first capture and a visible recording indicator on the meeting tab for the entire session.
4. Retention
Transcripts and summaries are deleted after your retention window (default 90 days). You can shorten this in Settings or delete a meeting at any time. Backups roll off within 30 days of deletion.
5. Subprocessors
- Supabase - Postgres + Auth (US, EU available on Team).
- Cloudflare - Pages hosting and edge compute.
- OpenAI - Whisper transcription and summarization.
- Square - billing.
6. Your rights
GDPR and CCPA: you can export or delete every record we hold about you from the dashboard or by emailing support@wetyr.com. We respond within 30 days.
